Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that He has promised.

(Hebrews 10:36 NLT)

Times are difficult. Things can be confusing. The world is mocking us. But we shouldn’t be surprised by this. God told us exactly what to expect. And you know what is right. Fight for the truth. Fight for what is right. Resist temptation.

Now more than ever you need to hear this message. For days I have been trying to publish this post, and there has been issue after issue with formatting. I don’t think this is a coincidence! But how ironic, considering the message to ENDURE.

Don’t be discouraged.

So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. (Galatians 6:9 NLT)

Make a mistake along the way? Get back up!

The godly may trip seven times, but they will get up again. But one disaster is enough to overthrow the wicked. (Proverbs 24:16 NLT)

Feeling alone? Jesus Himself promised that He will never leave us or forsake us (see Hebrews 13:5). But not only that – our brothers and sisters in Christ all over the world are rising up and crying out to the LORD. More than ever Christians are uniting. Saints’ and Apostles’ testimonies have gone before us (see Hebrews 11). All of this will give us strength to not give up.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. [2] We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus... (Hebrews 12:1-2A NLT)
But the one who endures to the end will be saved. (Matthew 24:13 NLT)
